When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details and trip information you choose to provide, your consent, the page used, and—if you allow analytics—campaign attribution. We use this information to review and respond to your request. Do not send passport numbers, payment card details, or medical records.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in our website’s Cloudflare-hosted database. Access to the reporting area is restricted to the authorized website owner. Our hosting provider processes this data to operate the service. Our configured notification provider may receive a lead reference and a link to our protected dashboard, rather than your enquiry contents.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies protect the enquiry form. With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, phone clicks, and enquiry events. Form contents are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising measurement, if configured and separately enabled by you, uses Meta Pixel. You can decline optional measurement or change your choice using Cookie settings. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling optional tracking.

We retain information needed to respond, administer an agreed service, and meet applicable obligations. Cross-border processing may occur where our service providers operate.
